Finance

The Department of Finance is the fiscal office of the City.  All receipts and disbursements are administered through this department. Responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, taxation, utility receipts, payroll and retirement systems, cash and investment management, Clerk of Council, purchasing, and records retention.
